Thankfully, the orange habs and ancho that I re potted yesterday, seem to be very happy indeed today. Looking very perky, I must say~~~ Gardening is medicine that does not need

Oh forgot to ask, I want to buy some feed for my chillis, have seen on here Chilli Focus mentioned. Have priced some up on Amazon about £10 for 1litre. Is this a decent price or are there any alternate (cheaper???!!!) feed suitable??
And when do I start 'feeding' the chilli plants? Ta!~~~ Gardening is medicine that does not need
a prescription ... And with no limit on dosage.

I think the jury is still out whether Chilli Focus is really better than a decent tomato feed. I grow tomatoes as much as chillis, and find the shared tomato feed is ok.
And especially if the tomato feed is NPK+ not just NPK.The main plus difference will be in magnesium, although possibly other micro-nutrients. If there's a mention of seaweed, it usually means there will be magnesium as well, not just basic NPK, but as always, read the label.
If you want the NPK+ specs for Chilli Focus, follow the link for UK Instructions PDF download from here:

Philthy and chilli grower both use the chilli focus and have fantastic results, though I couldn't find it when I went looking yesterday so I've used my worm feed again I think the chillies have different requirements to toms - the chilli focus has higher levels of nitrogen not just the magnesium? I haven't read the specs but I think I'm going for the chilli specific feed.
I think it maybe cheaper on eb@y?

That's very helpful scarlet thank you, because the lorbex I'm using ( brought at the EGS) is only a small bottle and I've had a quick search for it on interweb tonight and can't find it anywhere. Not even on lorbex own site!?!
I must read the small print on the back tomorrow and compare it to chilli focus. Probably exactly the same.
