I would just leave a few on the plant, tie something round the ones you want the seed from, and pick the rest.just let them one keep growing.do you know what I mean,

They've been yellow for a couple of weeks..they didn't really turn very yellow..the photo is a bit misleading!
..you know where you are with red! Lol
I shall leave them be for now.. this is the plant I left alone, it has much fewer fruits than the others but the fruits on this are significantly bigger!<*}}}>< Jonathan ><{{{*>

Can you eat them (any variety of chilli) when green and through all stages of ripening ....

Was wondering when is best to snip off the first few flowers on Chilli and pepper plants?
I always snip the first 5 (is that enough?) off before they even open but when i just did it before, I was wondering is it best to wait until the flower actually opens or does it not really matter?
Any advice would be great, thanks.
