      • What exactly do you use so that you can keep chilli sauces or pastes for months and months?

Like what do you put in to preserve it and how much?

You need to follow a recipe, they will have the correct amounts of vinegar/sugar to preserve them.
If you want to make a sauce that lasts just 4-6 weeks you could freeze your chillies and make up as and when required.

                      • Thanks scarlet. I don't have any chilli's this year but next year I'm growing a few different types and was hoping to make some sauces with them.

Well I am but the one plant I have has continued dropping its flowers. Its healthy as anything and has loads of flowers on but just keeps dropping them. I don't know what to do and have almost gave up with it.

                            • Still dropping flowers. Have you taken one of the dropped flowers and used it to move the pollen around from one flower to another?
Where are you keeping it....temperature can inhibit pollination?
