just recieved some seeds today that i ordered called culshaws green striped pumkins says you cant sow till april so ile sow my alpine straberries hope its another nice day tomorrow

That's interesting, brownie. Cushaw squash are usually grown in the southern states of the USA. They are shaped rather like a butternut, but are a different species (Cucurbita mixta) from the squashes that are usually grown in the UK.
