Can i move my veggies?

Thank you for all your helpful advice.
However it had to be moved, so after much hard work it has been.
I had to ditch my seedlings and broad beans, which was sad, but i will start again with them tomorrow.
I moved my broccoli and red onions and replanted them in grow bags.
How can i tell now if/when they have bolted, why they just die off?

The onions will send up flower stalks and the broccoli will only produce a very small/tiny head and will grow taller very quickly and then flower.
