Remember that fresh compost will have feed in it. It is certainly possible to overfeed, particularly with liquid feeds. I think it is less likely with bfb which is in any case a slow release fertilizer.
My instinct would be to leave them alone for a bit, making sure they have plenty of light. Keep an eye on the colour of the new growth in the middle as that will give the best indication of how happy or otherwise the plant is. If they are warm enough, light enough and have just been fed, they should start producing new dark green leaves which are often slightly curled downwards.
I'd assess them again in a week or 2 and if there is no growth think about repotting. Others may well disagree.
