  • Last of the few strawberries we had from gifted strawberry plants (note to self - research how to have a strawberry patch that produces like the neighboring allotments, out numbered mine 100 fruits to 1)

    1 courgette, one left too late so will be a marow

    Potatoes - should have left for longer and watered more. Enough to have made mash for my eldest tea tonight. Still got 3 bags going so will leave for longer

            • This is the first time I post in this thread! Finally I have harvested something too.. a few spring onions and salad and spinach leaves that I made into a lovely prawn salad. Very happy with how the spring onions look.

                • Just watched Monty Don on Gardeners World (I think?) and it was his birthday. Traditionally he dug up his first spuds and broad beans on that day...................just as i did yesterday!

                      • Loganberry. Was a single ripe fruit that my two year old then squished. I did think licking his hand was a step too far so resisted
