    hi all ,
any ideas ive seeded a few of this cabbage and some have worked well four ,just aswell ive not got alot of space .
it did say on packet germinate march-april so i thought i was ok ,
now i received a booklet yesterday and it had this cabbage in and they said to sow in feb
well the seedlings are only up like cress so they have abit of away to go before i can transplant out ,which should be mar-apr?? according to the booklet so im way behind this then would have been ready to harvest july-august ,will it still be ok if im slightly behind??
this is a quick growing cabbage so ive read so im hoping i can still plant out and fingers crossed it will be more end of august ,grrr could kick myself i missed the boat here ,these little fellas slipped in my seed box
If i have a thousand ideas and only one turns out good,i am satisfied.- Alfred Nobel

I'm growing Greyhound which have not long come up, the packet says sow Mar-May and harvest Jun-Sep so I would say you are ok with them. Everything id behind this year so I wouldn't worry as they will catch up once the weather gets decent.

Don't worry to much about it. They'll be absolutely fine and you'll get a good harvest off them.

Thanks Dru - if I harvest them late so be it, at least some of the over wintered ones have survived on the allotment.
