leaves on plants going yellowy brown

hi,

some of the leaves on my cucumbers, chillis, tomatoes are starting to go a yellowy brown, and are quite dry when touched, is this sunburn with the leaves being wet? or something worse?

they look fine, the seed leaves will go yellow and drop now that the proper leaves have come in as a matter of course
