A total fluff post, but something I was thinking of earlier... Now the weather is warming up, its too hot for wellies and boots at the plot (and I get grouchy if my feet are too warm!), so what do you wear on your feet? It doesnt feel safe to do digging in sandals, so anyone got any alternatives?

I wear the cheap alternative to crocs...those coloured clogs from Aldi and Lidols.
I have amassed quite a few pairs over the last few years and sometimes, when rushing into the garden to get washing when it rains...I look down to see I'm wearing a different colour clog on each foot

Ive got a pair of the cheap aldi crocs... They live in the camping box for use in the showers. Hmm, I think if I wore those over the plot, I too would have filthy feet, its a very dusty plot! I just worry that they arent heavy duty enough... Still, I suppose if I have to do any digging, thats what husbands are for...

So why atlre they now staring to go over by rorring or the whole apple going brown and soft. Gutted as I had enough to see me into next year. ...1 PhotoToday, 02:36 PM
