I have a few tomatoes in my friend's unheated greenhouse and they are fine. If by "out" you mean outside, I'd say it was a bit early for that unless you can give them some cover.
They're in the blowaway at the moment - and they're fine, but they're running out of space which I fear may harm them more in the long run!
