I have an orange habenero and a Carolina reaper Chillie with a problem. The Orange Hab was repotted last weekend and the reaper is still in a 9cm pot which its been in for some time. The Orange Hab was potted into Westland jacks magic with grow sure slow release pellets and chicken manure pellets. In only a few days the leaves have started looking bad. I've uploaded a few pics . Any advise greatly appreciated

Whereabouts are the plants? What temperature are they kept at? Are they in sunlight?
Good pics, BTW!The proof of the growing is in the eating.
Leave Rotten Fruit.
Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potasium - potash.
Autant de têtes, autant d'avis!!!!!

Hi, they are in a green house, they have been in there about a week. I was putting them in a cloche during the day before that and bringing them in the house at night. Temps at night have not been bad day temps can get hot but it's well ventilated??

I wouldn't worry TBH.
Tips of leaves going brown/white on my plants tells me that my watering is the problem. You only seem to have one leaf/side of plant affected that makes me think sunlight could be too strong. Too hot after potting on is not a good idea.
Your compost may be too rich so that the leaves are growing faster than the roots and the roots that are there cannot suck up enough water for the plants. The tips of leaves tend to show this first.
I can't see any furry bits which would indicate fungus nor bumps which would indicate eggs from insects.
I often cut single leaves off chilli and they survive for years. If you are concerned try spraying with Epsom Salts. The proof of the growing is in the eating.

I don't think its magnesium deficiency. That gives yellowing leaves, starting from the tip but the veins stay green, the leaf vein in yours aren't green. Personally I wouldn't bother with Epsom salts.
The leaves look more burnt to me,if you haven't overfed both of them it is probably sun damage. Leave it and wait.Last edited by Scarlet; 20-05-2016, 09:32 AM.

It doesn't look much of a problem at all as it's only on a couple of leaves.
You could well do more damage with chucking more stuff at them.
Keep them on the dry side and wait a bit before doing anything else.
Apart from those couple of leaves the rest of the plant looks great so I wouldn't be too worried.
