My poor courgettes and tomatoes. Three nights I remembered to bring them back in, and then a couple of times getting home late and I completely forget about them. It hasn't been too cold, luckily, and they're actually looking quite well. In the case of the tomatoes, better than when they were inside. I supposed I should keep bringing them back inside, but it's reasonably warm most of the coming nights, isn't it? I think we have 8 degrees predicted on one night but otherwise at least 12.

HAHAHA! Thats exactly what I do too
I'm all fussy and caring...then someone phones or we go out one night and the plants get a taste of how neglectful their life will become!
Don't do it with cucumbers though...they are really unforgiving!

I murdered my aubergines doing that but the toms are all out (and have been for nearly 2 weeks now) and my outdoor Q's are still thriving in their pots with a bell cloche on top.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison
