Bought my seeds this year from Seed Parade (choc habs 1 out of 15 germinated - eventually but perished soon after ..) probably my fault, though - don't think I gave them enough constant warmth.
And South Devon Chilli Farm - all doing well to date
Haven't got any 'unusual' varieties - yet!~~~ Gardening is medicine that does not need

I got mine from SeaSpring, Victoriana Nursery and Thomas Etty this year all have done well. I have to confess I prefer getting self-saved seeds from circles though, just for the sheer freshness. They jump out of the propagator. That I thereafter fail to care for them is their bad luck!http://mudandgluts.com - growing fruit and veg in suburbia

Agree with some of the other comments. Nicky's are cheap and cheerful and have a very wide range, but the website looks dated. And don't expect all their descriptions to be informative or correct, although other websites are also guilty of that. Many of them are basically just retailers, buying in bulk, packaging and selling on. Hence the basic cut and paste descriptions and photos.
SDCF, Seaspring and others are a lot better with the information they provide and the feeling that they're growers too, not just retailers.
I also like the look of Simpsons and they have a great range of chillies and tomatoes:
