Inventive ways to use up gluts

Also, I have a spiralizer, and use courgetti a lot instead of spaghetti. Mmmm! I go through a lot of courgettes!

You can do lots of spaces and a full stop at the end.

Gluts basically get spread around, they go to my sister and her two daughters, the retired neighbour who lost his wife a couple of years ago on one side, and the family on the other side of me. Further Excess go to the lady around the corner who works for the Salvation Army and she provides them to people in need, and for use in their soup kitchen facility.

Sister in law makes fantastic green tomato chutney, we provide the green toms and she provided the chutney.

With the courgette glut I slice and cook with onion and garlic until golden then add cheese before blending and freezing as pasta sauce or add ground cumin and coconut before blending and freezing as a base for Thai style curry.
