Hi everyone,
I got given two plants of chilli, one is a Jamaican Naga and the other is a Bangladeshi Naga as I'm told.
The Bangladeshi Naga plant seems to be doing fine. The leaves on the other one seem to be curling up. What may be causing this?
A few things to note:
- I must add it was given to me in a very small pot, when I pot it into a bigger pot, the roots seemed like they were really constrained. Could this have had an effect?
- Also my mum got overly enthusiastic and literally poured a lot of water on both the plants. But after that I didn't water them at all, I gave it like 2 days for it to suck up all the water, and only today I sprayed a little room temp water on the top of the soil.
- I've planted them in Verve multi-purpose compost
- They are kept indoors on a mostly sunny windowsill.
ANY IDEAS WHY THE LEAVES ARE CURLING UP?
