  • yellow leaves, first year with veg patch....

    Hello hello

Me again. My pea's Kevelon Wonders now have yellow leaves at the bottom of some of my first sow plants along with a couple of my cucumbers, pumpkin and one sprouting broccoli. The veg patch had Miracol Grow a few days ago, heavy heavy rain tuesday night and I am going to do a good soaking shortly after posting thread with question. I hear a lot of people talking about Epsom Salts, should I put some on and how much per litre of water? Should I put it on particular veg plants only or the whole patch or is the yellow leaf thing a normal cycle of life with leaves?
Picture below of peas, thank you...

If all the yellow leaves are at the bottom of the stem, they'll be the oldest, including the seedling leaves. Its normal for them to die off. Just cut them off if they worry you.

They look great, far better than mine. As VC says, you can get rid of the bottom leaves and it won't do any harm

Yeah, some of my runner beans got a yellow odd leaf here and there, and I simply cut it and binned it. They are fine since.
