Managed to pick my first cucumber off today took iit on picnic with children and my mum yummy yummmy lost count of courgettes. Made courgette, rosemary and cheese muffins yesterday very very nice, autumn squash so waiting waiting....

2 more courgettes so now 54, & 1 more cuc so now 10, with more cucs expected tomorrow. Managed ti use 8 courgettes today so only (!) 14 in fridge at the moment....

2 Zucchini and 2 Romanesco today caking my up to 41.

My Shooting star finally has 3 courgettes forming however 2 of those are conjoined. No sign of a single trombone yet never mind 76 of them (which with 5 plants could have been doable).

Looks like the Romanescue is on the way to a spot on next year's list.

My 2 surviving courgette plants have finally produced 2 flowers between them sigh...

They've had their centres eaten out twice by slugs, so still being alive and growing is a bit of an achievement for them. I'm hoping I might get at least ONE courgette at last this year.
