I'm now almost at the stage where people will avoid me as they know a bucketful of courgettes will be forthcoming.

I'll be breaking out the spiraliser and dehydrator after work tonight - that way I get to spread the glut over the year and add the dried courgettes to soups in winter.

46 courgettes now still 9 cucumbers. Started batch coking with courgettes for the freezer....l

To be fair its my own fault... they're squashed into the corner and I think they're just not getting pollinated, I've not even seen a flower actually open! I'll get them some prime real estate next week

+ 3 courgettes = 43

+ One Small Sugar Pumpkin. Probably should have left it longer but it was so cute I had to pick it

So far 10 courgettes, and we have our beady eyes on those cucumbers.....nearly ready!!

Too many courgettes, both our fridges are full of the buggers, need find time to make chutney and soup out of them.
Only one plant next year methinks.
Honestly, you can't take your eyes off them for one day, one minute they are babies, the next day they are blooming big daddies!

My last 3 courgettes picked the other week, after about 5 days had to throw them away as gone soft!

Best used within a day or two of picking I find.
