Well, if you look in the first photo, in the basket sitting on top of the green Miranda squash...

            • Picked 4 trombones today and a zucchini the other day. As I've finished the official results of the New Territories courgette trials due to pulling up a lot of the plants (not wanting to give a skewed result) I won't bother saying that makes 167 courgettes.

                Cukes nearly finished.

                Maybe a couple more courgettes

Butternuts and a few more squash still on the vines.

                • My greatest success was a 20lb marina di chioggia pumpkin. My biggest courgette was a 3lb golden zucchini. 2 small sugar pumpkins. (fothergill's) I also grew a lovely packet from johnson's that has black beauty, lebenese, golden zucchini, fruit de nice a rond, (I let them grow to 2lbs. I had about 4.) yellow and green patty pan squash. I also had 4 honey gold marrows. long green bush marrow is still out there with 2 butternuts,
My big max, custard marrow and 2nd small sugar got eaten by slugs at the base of the plant. My goldena and soliel didn't seem to do much at all. Honey bear got nothing from 2 plants. My jack be little vine got pretty torn but did it's best to grow a nice one. 4 la diva cucumbers but they were the best cucumbers I've ever tasted.

                    Pumpkin +1=1

                    • I grew my Yellow Mandan again - C.pepo (technically a summer squash, and small, unripe fruits can be picked like rondini type courgettes, but ripe fruit stores well into winter, in fact I think I cooked the last one in May)

20 or so plants and an average of 20 ripe fruits each

Estimated harvest of around 400 ripe squashes, didn't count the "rondini" harvest but we had them in salads and stir fries all summer

                      veeeery pleased
...bonkers about beans... and now a proud Nutter!

                      • Picked another zucchini and 4 trombones.

No idea how many that makes - I'm past caring - I just want them all to die so I can have something other than courgettes to eat

Lost count again and have decided todays 3 courgettes are the last as most of the fruit are a bit sad and soft, so

                            Pumpkin 1+4=5

Just been out and picked all my pumpkins in the dark because it's a very clear night.
My second rip on weighed in at 4.6 kg
My 3 ripening now in kitchen were just over 1kg, 1.2kg and just under 8kg. Really hope they ripen.

                              Pumpkin 5+1=6

I forgot all bout my hundred weight pumpkin the other night when I went and harvested them in the dark. He is now in side with the others ripening, and he weighs.................just under 1kg

That's it for me for this year.
It's been good keeping this record of produce and very surprising, I'd never thought I'd grown that many courgettes & cucumbers.
