I don't suppose anyone freezes rhubarb? If yes how do you do yours?
Just chop it into chunks as you would to cook, put in a bag and freeze. Nothing special, just like everything else
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
So you don't blanch it, part cook it etc? just chop and bag? that seems far to simple
I don't blanch anything, totally unnecessary and unblanched veggies cooked straight from frozen work great. Always find blanched ones go mushy as effectively they're over cooked.
