Sweet pepper not flowering

I have my sweet pepper by the door in a small polythene greenhouse which I leave permanently open. The chilies next to it are flowering and the tomatoes are doing great too, but nothing from my sweet pepper. I bought it as a small plant in March, and it is planted in a large pot. It has grown quite tall so far and had some tomato feed too once or twice.

Is it too late to do anything about it? Is it because temperatures have been down to 10c this summer? How do you grow your peppers?

Dont dispair just yet, my sweet peppers (sown in march) are only just starting to bud. From what I understand, they like warmth, and sun, and frankly we havent had either yet this year. Id give it a bit more time.

I'd agree....my sweet peppers are only just starting to flower now.. the chillies romped ahead of them!
Hopefully they'll have a good July and get going!

Yes, ditto my sweet peppers ...........not a flower in sight, whereas toms and chillis doing majestically!

Basically we need some sun/warmth...!!!!

I agree to. Just got a bud on my sweet pepper and yet loads of flowers on tomatoes. Don't do chilli but may try next year.

I've got ripe peppers on my snackbite red pepper, but it is grown on a south facing windowsill and was sown in February. I grew them under lights in a warm room until the first flowers opened in May.

Thank you so much! Good to know its not just me! I hope it is just been slow! Its quite interesting how the chillies are doing so much better, maybe their seed is better suited for UK climate?
