hi my niece has a small raised bed veg garden its only small i want to get some cabbage & cauliflower plants for her but not sure which varieties to get for her that she can plant at this time of year
How old is your niece - and does she have any gardening experience?
If the answers are "young" and "No" I don't think caulis are a good idea, and I'm not convinced about cabbages either.
I find Caulis are difficult to grow - and seldom look like the cauliflowers on the shop.
Cabbages would need netting to keep the butterflies away which would mean covering the whole bed.
