That's about it, Jay-ell. Perhaps Snadge's central keyhole needs a sacrificial altar?
And i'll give you three guesses who will be first to the altar! Dried blood is good for brassicas anyway! I could have little run offs to directly feed the plants!

If anything happens to Jay-ell we'll know who to blame Some people will do anything for a few more flags and a bit of perspex
.............you forgot the blue debri netting and the spare small pieces of timber for the woodburner!

Cracking evening at the plot tonight! I was a bit late and had to rush to get done what I'd planned. I managed to get all the broken concrete to the bottom of the plot as a foundation for my hut when I move it. By this time I was sweating (no wonder it was 14 degrees in the car on my home!) so I plonked down on the seat in the summerhouse just as the light was fading.
I spotted a bat against the night sky, then another and another. I sat there for at least half an hour getting my breath back and mesmerised by the bats. There appeared to be two different types, large ones the size of swallows and different shaped smaller ones about the size of a sycamore leaf.
Once I got onto the main allotment track on the way home, they were no more to be seen. I absolutely love plot 24 for the wildlife, the peace and quiet and giving the impression of a woodland garden!

Back on plot 24 this evening.Fighting darkness as usual. Cleared the tomato's, keeping the useable ones for home and the split ones for the chooks!
Levered up a few mahoosive paving flags in an old path that was situated where its not wanted. Managed to smash one of them by mistake. The two that I saved should fit nicely at the back of the greenhouse leading towards the pond area!
Made room in the summerhouse for 24 strawberry runners in polystyrene modules.
Hopefully, light permitting I can start stripping the glasing from the greenhouse so, with the aid of another I can move it as a single entity!
Brought home tomatoes, eggs and two Jalapeno plants that I may try and overwinter on the bedroom windowsill!

No too sure the old guys at your end of the plot will be up to it
Have you tried honey and lemon for that nasty cough there
What do you mean "The old guys" I'm one of them!

Started stripping out the glass from the greenhouse ready for its big move on Sunday.
Mangaed to get the roof glass out quite easily. By that time it was geting a bit dark but I plodded on and by levering the retaining strips off managed to get the large sheet of glass from the back out without much ado.
I don't like it when things are going to plan at the beginning because usually by the end of the job they go to rats do dah's!
Touching wood, in fact clinging on to wood, I do believe the glass removal will be easier than envisaged!
The Monkey nut challenge has eventually bit the dust. There's still a bit greenery but an acute shortage of nuts (apart from the one trying to grow them of course)
Bigmally you've got a lot to answer for!

Your ideas are nearly as hairbrained as mine, but we've both got a bit of catching up to do with VC's shenanagans!
