My money would be on the manure, as long as it is manure that is rotted at least a bit first. I've planted out some winter cabbages in soil top dressed with the contents of a year old hotbed (the bed has already grown some huge onions) and the cabbages are romping away.

I woud think BFB would be next, although it would probably depend how much of it you added. Nettle tea 3rd, ditto.

Thumbs down for the woodchip as a short term fertilizer, great for improving soil structure as has already been said.

I await the results with interest

ooh ohh I vote 3! My heavily researched, highly thorough crop rotation plan says manure before brassicas (if I could do a thumbs up I would )

I'd reckon the best (in descending order) would be:

Bed 4 if fed regularly as nettle tea is a week feed but a good source of nitrogen so will help with leafy growth.
Bed 3 again because manure is a good source of nitrogen but this will decrease with time whereas the nettle feed is ongoing.
Bed 2 because BFB is a good balanced feed
Bed 1 because the woodchip will rob the soil of nitrogen as it breaks down
Posted on an iPad so apologies for any randomly auto-corrected gobbledegook
