They won't grow much at this time of year, but might put on a bit of growth if you're in the south before it gets properly cold. If it's going to freeze might be an idea to give them some protection as they're little.
With a bit of luck they'll grow a bit more in spring & you might get "baby" leeks before they bolt.
Pull them all up, cut the roots off and stick them fried in a bacon sarnie!
