OK so we can get various mustard seeds for their leaves etc but.........if I allow them to seed are the seeds spicey like you find in a whole grain mustard?
If so, can mustard be made out of them?

I've only ever grown mustard as a green manure and at that to try to sterilise my onion beds. Got the seeds from a lovely member of this forum and although she was one of the most prolific posters unfortunately I haven't seen her on here for eons. Shame really as I'm sure she would have been able to answer your question..
My answer is simply suck it and see . You may need a mortar and pestle and a fine seive.
