  • Cauli flowers

Hi there i don't know if anyone will be able to help me but here goes, This is my first year of growing veg, I put some caulis in and they have got to the size of between 4-6" across but they have suddenly got a pinkish tinge on them, why is this and are they still edible, we were badly flooded a month ago but these are in raised beds. Thanks.

The usual thing is to bend some of the outer leaves over the curd to stop the sun discolouring them.
Still perfectly edible though as they are!
