Struth Snoop you make me feel somewhat numbnutish - Good on you!
If anyone's the numbnut round here, it's me! The toms and courgettes will be sleeping in the bedroom next to my chitting potatoes till it's warm enough at night for them to go out. A total nuisance, but if I don't start them now, we'll only have six to eight weeks of toms before the cold finishes them off. At some point, I'll have to start the squash and melons, and goodness only knows where they will go at night. Might have to get some bunk beds in just for plant pots.
Sowed peas, basil, beetroot, lettuce and calendula and pricked out lettuces and cabbages in the past couple of days. Propagator full, grow light garden full, so I guess I will have to wait until something can go outside or gets eaten now!
A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP. - Leonard Nimoy
Not out of the packets yet but.......now Gordon (formerly known as Gertie) greenhouse is all up and running I shall be sowing cabbages x 2, various weeds (sorry salad leaves), welsh onions and spring onions etc.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison

All Year Round and Amaze lettuce
Hispi cabbage (haven't had much luck with these in the past couple of years, goodness only knows why I'm persisting with them).
