A huge and I mean huge parsnip weighed over 1.5kgs, but hollow inside so now sitting proudly on top of the compost bin

The last of the early Savoy cabbages, and the last of the espalette peppers.

Not sure that it counts as "harvesting" but I snipped some pea shoots, radish shoots and some cress microgreens for my salad tonight.

Yesterday I picked swede and carrot to make soup. Today I picked leeks and potatoes from store to make another batch.

There's enough soup n the freezer for a couple of weeks, now
