2 sorts of lettuce (Relic and Warpath), tomatoes Shirley, Balconi red and yellow, celeriac thinnings, red basil, peas (Meteor), new potatoes (Charlotte) and cut and come again beet greens.

I'm finding this really interesting to see how the composition of a salad gradually changes through the year. If I'd thought to take a photo on Saturday I'd have had a mini cucumber in the picture (Cucino, the first from my friend's greenhouse), but I was in too much of a hurry to eat it!

Lettuce Relic and Warpath, the best of the greenery from the bolted yellow beetroot and 3 tiny roots (which tasted so gorgeous that I went straight out and sowed some more), Shirley and Balconi tomatoes, basil microgreens, a chive flower and some Charlotte new potatoes.

No photos just info. I was out for lunch today and had some salad leaves with what I picked, once we were back home I was making a salad for our tea, what a difference in taste with fresh picked lettuce so much better.
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

No photos from me either - I keep forgetting Most days I pick some salad leaves from the trolley and 4 cucumbers so far. Plenty of salad onions too. Still waiting for the first tomato however.
My salads are never as beautifully presented as Penellype's!

The gardens down south are so much more advanced than the gardens up here, well mine anyway, there'd are no flowers on my courgettes or cucumber yet but I have been using lettuce, radish and chard (as salad leaf) and some potatoes, though I have had problems with those, no matter I still enjoy spending time in the garden, even if I don't get the results I want.
I should have added I do have peppers and tomatoes on my plants but nowhere near ready yet

Lettuce Warpath, red and green cress, tomato Shirley, basil, celeriac leaves, the first Snackbite orange pepper of the season and beetroot leaves.

For those that think my salads are "beautifully presented", this is what it looked like when it was ready to eat (with the addition of some ham, mayonnaise and lemon juice):

Lettuce Warpath (grown outside), cucumber Cucino and Hurst Greenshaft peas, plus the remains of the previous evening's pasta sauce - baby courgettes, tomatoes, onions and orange and yellow snackbite peppers.
