These have been in the grow light garden with the light a cm above them but they are floppier than ever. What am i doing wrong?

I could be wrong but I think it is because the pots you have them in are no where near deep enough. They look very shallow. -

Some types of chilli are more leggy than others but they shouldn't be flopping like that. Have you had them under the light since germination or did they get leggy before you got the light? They do look too big for the trays so I think the suggestion to pot up in deeper pots (and bury some of the stem) is a good one.Comment

I don't think its anything to do with nutrition, they look a good colour...?the stems are too spindly to hold the top growth.Comment

Replant into 3 inch pots up to the seed leaves and they should be fine.
Oh and i wouldnt feed them if you have been, just put them into mpc and therell be enough in there for a mo.Last edited by jackarmy; 10-01-2017, 07:57 PM.Comment

Yep as everyone else says.. Need to be potted on and up a good bit on the stem..I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
