Greenleaves, challenge finally completed & now a new one
My green manures are a precise blend of poppies, nettles, docks, thistles, cleavers and about 43 others I haven't got a clue about.
Sounds just like my plot too!!!! Every year I vow to get organised and keep on top of it all and I started off well this year but then it all went to pot and now I find it's mid-June!!!! I was feeling pretty low the other day but today feeling a bit better and going to pick myself up and carry on.....some of my crops may be slightly later than others but what the heck.....it's all a learning curve
The difference from last year is huge. Much better to do it slowly than hurry and find you are building nice new raised beds on top of perennial weeds.
A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP. - Leonard Nimoy
Well done greenleaves!(Don't like to see empty beds though!);)
