HELP - Wilting Cucumbers

Was the compost you transferred them into cold,they do look a bit sad don't they. You can start cucumbers off in pots that size so they don't need touching till they're bigger & stronger next time,maybe they're just sulking from the move? It's quite early for cucumbers,they might start growing really tall,have a bigger pot & a 6 ft cane handyLocation : Essex

I grow cucumbers with some success but a few always wilt and die - I've seen someone on here describe them as suicidal! Too right! I keep them as warm as possible and plant out in my unheated greenhouse at the beginning of June. Warmth is easy inside but light is harder. I will wait until it gets lighter and plant in April as when I've planted earlier they've got leggy and not formed strong plants. I also go for a pot they won't need potting on from. Hope yours recover from their shock!
