What's wrong with my lettuces?

Ive just transferred them into a bigger pot but they are weak and floppy

You may be better off sowing them in situ and then thinning them out. When I transplant my thinnings I don't have a very high success rate so for me I try not to move them, I don't think they like it. I would leave them for now, they may perk up if they get decent light. How dry is that compost?

Looks like transplant shock. They may recover once they've adjusted.

I think it's better to sow into small modules, a couple of seeds into each one, rather than have to keep potting them on.

That's what I do, sow a couple of seeds in each module of a 6 cell tray every couple of weeks, keepmthe strongest plant and never pot on, just plant out as a small plug

As well as the others have said I would say too much heat and not enough light. You will be better to start again as they will probably bolt
