Ive got 8 plants but only 2 are like this, all from the same batch of seeds too.If you want to view paradise

Scarlet, I would say the white stuff in the pot is perlite but definitely looks like there are aphids on the plant.

Or you could take the bottom leaves off and plant deep. That would give you new compost and allow an extended root system to grow.Potty by name Potty by nature.
