Hubby sowed 12 sweetcorn in loo rolls a couple of weeks ago and then proceeded to drown them in water eek!
I immediately banned all watering and had resigned myself to 12 tubes of rotten seeds.
Well lo and behold we now have 4 little pointy seedlings, I'm very pleased, we had sown 12 with the hope of getting 4 plants that will go in a 30l planter.
Much research now on how to nurture them on to be big strong plants!
Apologies for the irrelevant post but I wanted to let everyone know that not everything is as disastrous as it first appears!
