I like those milk bottle bricks, Cad. Mine are filled with water, but they leak and deflate over time. But they are SO good as weights, easily nudged over with a toe, and with a convenient handle....

No but I siuppose because I have a good number of pots I have purchased of decent quality around the place. Just no reason to consider a container when I can go grab a pot from 3 inch to 12 inch and a few bigger ones that I use occasionally.
Presently stacked up as column of 7 25cm pots all the same, then I started on the 2 30cm pots and after that the 20cm, 18cm and 16cm pots, the squash was put in the single 14cm pot I found. I must have about 50 of the square 7cm pots that I have not yet used and are even still taped together by the original self adhesive stuff. About half as many round 7cm or 8cm pots.
Have a habit of buying seeds and a set of pots "just in case".
