How big are they? If they are too small to carry fruit, just pinch them off. They often flower early, some due to stress, small pot, drying out or just because they can
If they are indoors the first few flowers will drop off naturally usually due to lack of pollinators so nip it in the bud now, take them off and let the plant use all it's resources to putting on some growth first.
I think that with sweet peppers you get a bigger crop if you remove the first flowers, make the plant carry on and build a bigger frame before switching its energies into fruit production, I'm not an expert though but sounds like it makes sense to me. It's still relatively early in the season so I wouldn't panic about no fruit being set yet.
