My toms in the green house are starting to flower but one plant a marmade also has a bigger flower forming on the top. Should I pinch that out ?

Probably a megabloom. They develop into misshapen fruit so I nip mine out!

I've grown those toms and like VC says you're best to pinch out those flowers, I find the misshapen toms are too much hassle to deal with.
