Best General Purpose Homemade Liquid Feed

I got Bocking 14 roots from the Organic gardening catalogue several years ago. Made the mistake of buying too many, and it feels like every trip to the allotment involves hacking down a comfrey plant. They re-grow so quickly, it's hard to keep up with them. Here's the link if you're interested

Just seen this (I know, I know, always slow off the mark). Couldn't have voted because I use four and it only accepts the last one clicked.

1) Comfrey - Rich In Nitrogen, Phosphorus and potash.
2) Nettle - Best on leafy plants, contains iron, potassium, copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium as well as Nitrogen. (avoid tomatos and roses once they flower).
3) Worm cast juice. Just lots of everything nice.
4) Human juice - Yes wee, rich in nitrogen and other trace elements (don't use it if you are on steriods etc).

One other ingredient that I use which is missed out by a lot of books etc. that tells how to make home made plant feed, is a rusty nail from which I think adds other minerals
