  • Ant Invasion

Hi, my tomato plant pots in the greenhouse have been invaded by ants, they have tunneled in through the drainage holes in the bottom of the pots and have established a nest in several of them.
Will this affect my toms or is there something I can do to get rid?
Thanks in advance for any advice

Might indicate they are too dry, do you bottom water?

They were in there as soon as I put the toms in so they weren't dry, but in answer to your question no I don't bottom water, I water from top.
Do you think they will harm the plants, was wondering whether they would start nibbling the roots to feed the larvae.
