Garlic Chives, how should I use them ?

I have a row of normal chives and just chop off some spears when I want some to dice up for on my bagel.

I thought Garlic Chives would be a good idea so grew some.
They don't seem as vigorous as normal chives, far fewer leaves and they are flatish.

Do I just chop of leaves like normal chives.

Yes, just chop as normal chives. They are flat and perhaps not so vigorous but they come back every year and in pots somewhere sheltered are often available to harvest during the winter(albeit sparingly) lovely on fish, pasta etc as well as in your sandwich

You could grow them for their flowers, Jimmy, I know how much you like them!

Tried some chopped up leaves on my bagel this morning, yummy but fairly mild.
