Ha, I don't feel organised! In fact today I am struggling because I should have defrosted the kitchen freezer as well as the garage one last week and now I've added several bags of cauliflower and I haven't room for everything in the garage while I defrost the kitchen one. The strawberries, raspberries, white currants and peas are ready to freeze and I can't until I've dealt with the freezer, and I foolishly made a batch of bread too...

As this proves, if I don't make lists I get things in the wrong order and then I'm in trouble.

Checked the two freezers this morning and they looked pretty full.
Took out everything and discovered twombags of tomatoes and two bags of peppers from last year.
Decided to make tomato and pepper soup with the lot.
All done now but extremely spicy as some of the peppers were hot.
Spent the rest of the afternoon putting on some sweet peppers that were sown late.
Watered everything and done some weeding.
Dead headed the sweetpeas and staked up some dahlias.
