Last night I made out a succession planting plan for my newly extended polytunnel.
I was so excited I couldn’t sleep last night.
I think I may not be normal.
I am disabled (but have Hubby for hard labour) Today I have sorted through all my seeds, and have a selection of herbs ready to sow in our propagator. My passive heating from a hotbox in the greenhouse is not working well, so may have to hunt out our paraffin heater. We are 1300' high on a welsh mountain so trying to wait a couple weeks longer to plant my tomatoes

Weekend jobs
This weekend I really must concentrate on weeding at my friend's (weather permitting). - done some although Sunday was a write-off as it rained heavily in the morning and everywhere was under water in the afternoon.
Harvested lettuce, carrots and romanesco.
Monday jobs
Stuck in waiting for the electrician this morning (again). Whether I get a chance to do anything before it gets unpleasantly windy depends on when he arrives and how long he takes.

Nothing much got done yesterday, although I did cut the finished stems off the indoor tomatoes while I was waiting for the electrician. They rang late morning to tell me he couldn't come as there was nobody who had a ladder (!) so I have to repeat the performance again on Friday. This is getting beyond a joke - its only a broken bathroom fan
Tuesday jobs
Check allotment for wind damage
Sort out potatoes for chitting
Harvest carrots

Today and tomorrow - I am mostly trying to grow patience...
I always get to New Years Day and dive into excited seed sorting followed quickly by sowing seeds while cackling madly to myself ''My Precious, My Precious''. After thinking hard and reading lots of greenhouse heating threads last night, I am gonna hold myself back and plan better.
Still gotta sow my onions and leeks through this weekend x
