Very unhelpful timing this week as I was busy as usual on Saturday when the weather was nice (although I did manage to do some weeding after mucking out) and then when I had time on Sunday it was raining.

Oops, so much for baby steps. In 22 days all I managed was to take a photo

Today

Planted out a bed of foxgloves (yes, I know it is 3 months late but I have done it now )
forked a bed over and removed nettle roots.
Lifted and potted on cafe au lait dahlia

Tomorrow

Lift loganberry, blackberry, grape and 3 goosegogs for rehoming.
Cover new flower bed with card

The intention was to paint the fence again (the correct colour this time!) but after I'd been out to get the paint it started to rain. its only showers, but it remains to be seen if the fence dries enough to paint.

Despite a "dry" forecast (from 2 completely different weather models) for yesterday, we managed to get 1.5mm rain, which effectively scuppered any attempt at painting.

Hopefully finish glazing the greenhouse, it's been a trial to construct but almost there. Then get some heat on and start sowing. Off to Gibraltar for father in laws 90th birthday on Tuesday so hoping to have something to see when we return.

Visit shop to look at the lean-to - Done however not one built to look at, may just have to take a punt!
