I think I have asked this question already but I would like to ask again to see everyones ideas

I know its perfectly ok to use compost soil again if you replenish the nutrients

I use liquid seaweed fertilizer so should I simply water this into an old pot of compost before replanting , if so how long and often before I plant.

Or do you think its best to add some fresh compost on the topand mix old and new and add seaweed as well , again if so how often should I water the soil with the fertilizer.

Tarragon - read the responses to the other threads where you have asked the same question.

REpetitively asking the same questions and creating new threads does not mean you get more answers.

People are more likely to ignore your threads so when you get around to asking something new they won't even bother reading it.

You may not have answered because you havent seen the questions but that also means you haven't read the answers others have offered
