  • Do You Have A Fokin Hoe?

    I made something very similar about 6/12 months ago, it's a godsend for weeding between crops.................I just never knew it's name.........

          I "Bought" somthing very simalar! Three sided sharpened!

          Tell ya what! Been the best thing I invested in!

            I saw something similar on the Web a while back, but it was a lot more expensive. Did you reinvent this BM? What metal did you use and was it difficult to make?

              Nah, it was a fokin doddle................ 1 4ft length of 2" x 1".............1 strip of metal 9" x 1.5" (I used Brass).........bend the top 2" at right angle , sharpen the 3 sides & screw to the timber:

                  We found one of these about 15 years ago when we emptied my granddads shed out when he died... wishing we didn't throw it away now...

                  To be honest, he was one of those old school gardeners who had about three of every single tool possible. I still have most of them in my shed even though i hardly use many of them.
