      Plastics or wood preserver paint, something stalled its growth. Unset the later fruits.

      I read Chas Hodges "Allotment" book and he mentioned having issues with plastic ties on his tomatoes.

      My plant started off going full guns then when I introduced the mesh ladder, soft plastic mesh on the scrap wood preserver painted batons. I seemed to go down hill slightly.

      I do think plants are affected by these types of chemicals.

      Next year will use untreated batons and metal mesh, see if it makes a difference. Squash Trailing stretcher mk2.

        This is the final sqash of the 2 that came off my dalek full of manure grown squash.

        Weighed in at 8.7 kg, just spent the morning cutting it up. Its gonna need about 4 goes in the oven to cook the flesh for soup additive.
