Gherkins

Yep I agree - they look great! I have Mohican, I've just checked and they advise to pick two days after flowering for small gherkins (or cornichons one would assume) but say you can leave until bigger and they won't get bitter.

My advise is try them at different sizes until you find the one you like!

VC / SP my gherkins currently look like generic cucumber plants so I'll hold off for now

They (to my mind) are too small too pick yet...I always leave them grow a bit bigger than that..
